We have been on the frontlines from the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic at Kaiser, putting ourselves and our families at risk in order to care for millions of patients. We deserve recognition for our efforts and sacrifices. That’s why we’re calling on Kaiser to:
- Recognize Kaiser workers’ extraordinary sacrifices during the past year and make us whole on our performance sharing bonuses; and
- Support AB 650, the Health Care Worker Recognition and Retention Act, a bill that will require employers across the entire healthcare industry to pay bonuses to all non-executive employees who have worked during the pandemic
