Salvador Andrade, a dedicated Service Representative at Kaiser in the Optometry Department since 2018, brings a wealth of experience. He now serves as a full-time Service Rep, a Union steward, and a committed full-time honors student in college. Inspired by his father’s commitment to social justice, Salvador is on a path to pursue labor law, aiming to champion workers’ rights. His upbringing, marked by participation in rallies like “La Gran Marcha” in 2006, where more than 500,000 people in Los Angeles rallied behind immigration reforms, fuels his passion to stand up for those who may be hesitant.
