In our last National Contract Bargaining in October 2023, we won on a number of issues that were important to us. Some of the issues are complicated, and we want to make sure everyone understands exactly what’s in our new contract and what it means. Taleo Auto-Rejections
Many of us have applied for jobs within Kaiser, only to get immediately rejected by the Taleo system. We are working with Kaiser to hold them accountable for unwarranted rejections, but there are a number of things you can do to increase your odds of success. Watch this video to learn some tips and tricks to avoid the mistakes that lead to Taleo auto-rejections.
