Over 2,000 healthcare workers at Sharp Metropolitan voted 70% YES to join SEIU-UHW. With this overwhelming victory, we’re now nearly 5,000 members strong across Sharp HealthCare in San Diego.

These workers will now join contract bargaining with workers at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center, Sharp Grossmont Hospital, and Sharp HospiceCare who also voted recently to join SEIU-UHW. These 5,000 SEIU-UHW members are committed to winning a strong contract that improves patient care and jobs across their facilities.
