“Management claims their wages are ‘competitive’ but we all know dialysis workers who’ve left for significantly higher pay at nearby hospitals. This is why we’re so understaffed and it hurts our patients and delays their care. We deserve better.” Crystal Pvornik, RN

We haven’t stopped speaking out about the crisis in dialysis and Fresenius executives are feeling the pressure at the bargaining table and from elected leaders across California.

We are making progress in negotiations to #FixDialysis, but we must keep the pressure on to win our first contract.
