The Lavender Caucus is the Lesbian / Gay / Bisexual / Transgender (LGBT) Caucus of UHW. We exist to increase the visibility of LGBT members in the union and in our workplaces, to educate the LGBT community on labor issues (and vice versa), and to combat any discrimination based on sex or gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or perceived orientation, and/or marital status.
