Statement of Qualifications for E-Board:

The Executive Board represents the highest leadership body of the union.  The elected Executive Board representative for Kaiser San Leandro will meet with union leadership and other Executive Board members throughout Northern and Southern California to set the vision and goals for the union.  I am an experienced leader with 15 years of union collaboration and teamwork at various levels.  I am currently a union steward representing the Respiratory Therapy Department at Kaiser San Leandro. My previous SEIU-UHW leadership roles provide foundational knowledge and skills to represent Kaiser San Leandro as their E-board leader.
